In case of a change of tenant, the management can easily make mutations: Delete previous tenant by SMS and enter new tenant. Another advantage is that no key has to be handed over.
Permanent tenants of a public parking garage are entered in the list of access-authorized numbers by the garage management. The tenant now only needs to press the speed dial number for opening the garage on his cell phone and the garage door opens. Administratively complex key transfers or garage opening devices are a thing of the past.

You give your cell phone number to the HandyDoorMate administrator. The administrator enters it in the list of authorized users via SMS. The administrator then informs you of the HandyDoorMate's phone number and you program it into a speed dial number on your cell phone. From now on, you can open your garage door remotely at the touch of a button, as if by magic.
The HandyDoorMate is an electronic control unit with integrated mobile phone module and is connected to your existing garage door opener. You are free to choose the network provider for the SIM card. For the purpose of opening the door, the phone number of the HandyDoorMate is dialed. Since no connection is established, the door opening is therefore absolutely free of charge! The list of authorized numbers can be administered via SMS from a cell phone or computer.
Optionally, radio detectors can also be submitted. Their Unicode radio address is also transmitted by the administrator to the HandyDoorMate via SMS. With the optional door intercom, a person can establish a voice connection with the alarm station or porter station at the push of a button and the porter decides whether to trigger the door opening remotely.
